Labels: Stream = workstream (1 imaging, 3 booking); T/B = tier intakes (§B of the imaging plan: T = code, B = weights/data, numbered); Group = repo cluster by purpose (C orthodontic apps, D PMS/booking, E marketing templates).
Companion notes (§B1a/B1b) live on the imaging branches not yet merged. Every row below was verified live via the GitHub API
